Colleen Sheehan, Neighbor

Colleen Sheehan was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago and still resides there today. She received her bachelor's degree in journalism at Columbia College in 2006 and began writing hyperlocal community news right out of college. Colleen has covered everything from Orland Park government to Lockport Township schools while freelancing. She then made her way to editing and reporting news for Orland Park, Homer Glen and Frankfort and Mokena. Colleen is now excited to write more hyperlocal news for Patch.
