The Acorn Public Library will host Barbara Tischler, aka 'The Clutter Coach,' on Saturday, March 23, from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Tischler will be teaching attendees how to organize their homes and their lives.

Most people could use a little bit of extra coin in their pockets and the Acorn Public Library wants to help residents figure out ways to put a few more dollars in their pocketbooks and keep 'em there—and it's all free. On Saturday, Feb. 23, from noon to 1 p.m., the library will host, 'Money Smart Financial Education—Financial Recovery,' a program designed to help residents start being money-conscientious. The Oak Forest Park District will host a daddy, daughter date night at Arbor Park Middle School. The night will be filled with music, fun and great to memories for attendees. The cost of the event is $18 per couple.
