The Oak Forest Commons is a prime location, where businesses could thrive. But, there are several open spots, waiting for businesses to step in to the space. Today, Patch looks at one of those spaces.
The Oak Forest Commons shopping center is anchored by Food 4 Less, along with several other smaller stores and takeout restaurants, but it also has several vacant storefronts. Some of the vacant spaces used to be home to businesses, such as Hollywood Video, while others have never had a business call it home. On the east side of the shopping center, the business space at 5488 S. 159th Street, features 1,600 square feet of space and could be a great spot for a local small business. The Oak Forest Commons shopping center has plenty of room for local or national business. Today, Patch spotlights one of the locations within the shopping center looking for a business to call it home.
The Oak Forest Commons shopping center features a Papa John's Pizza, nail salons, Food 4 Less and several other businesses. However, it also features several vacant spots that could be the future home to any number of businesses. On the east side of the commons, the storefront is located near to the far east the center and features a glass store front and ample parking in the massive lot for customers. Located on 159th Street, the location sees thousands of potential customers a day drive past the location. The space features 2,400 square feet of space and is located next to Papa John's and another empty business space. The Oak Forest Commons shopping center has several vacancies. Today, Patch highlights one of the spaces that is ready to be leased.
The Oak Forest Commons shopping center at the corner of Central Avenue and 159th Street features Food 4 Less, several takeout places, a nail salon and more. It also features several vacant storefronts just waiting for the right business to come along and fill the voids. The vacant business space, located at 15841 Central Avenue, is in unit 5 and features 1,080-square-feet of space. The space next to unit 5, unit 5A, can also be leased and is 1,610 square feet of space. Together the two units would total more than 2,700 square feet of retail space.
