On Your Marks, Get Set, Go! Damian Dash Coming Soon
St. Damian school is hosting its first-ever Damian Dash 5k, on Saturday, Oct. 13. The event is open to all residents, including St. Damian students, who are already training for the race.
St. Damian School is prepping for a first-time event—one that's sure to draw a crowd and leave everyone a little breathless. The event, the St. Damian Dash, is a 5K walk or run that will take place on Saturday, Oct. 13. “We're hoping this can beome an annual event," said Principal Colleen Domke. All residents are welcome to participate in the event, but train hard because more than 20 students from St. Damian are already training for the event and ready to take you on. “It's a 5K training program,” Domke said. “[Andrea Lampasona] is a marathoner, so she knows what she's doing.
