I eat here several times a week. They haven't made a mistake with my orders as far as I can remember. I was disappointed to see a business put out a flier for a money saving coupon and it was the same price as the price in the window. Wasting their money and my time for bringing in a coupon that was worth nothing was not good. Sorry but that did happen..... Other than that I will continue to eat here as much as I do.

The customer service has been on the decline for a few years, and continues to worsen. The food is decent, but it's not worth the headache in having to deal with the wrong order. And their response when you call to say you have received the wrong order? No apologies, nothing. Quite sad to see this business going in the wrong direction after so many years.
While the food here is good the customer service leave a lot to be desired. I visited the drive thru and got a beef sandwich with au jus on the side. The container of au jus was not sealed properly and leaked all over the front seat of my car. When I complained and asked to have the seat cleaning paid for the :manager" shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do about it. Not even an apology. Nice way to keep the customer happy. I won't be supporting this business ever again.
As a fan of stop-in gyro joints, I had to try the place. I went with a hot dog and fries on my first visit, both were delicious. Highly recommended.
