On Thursday January 12, I took my daughter to this location and she got a chocolate milk. A few minutes later she said Mom there's
something wrong with this milk., I take a sip and it tasted like sweet chocolate, then straight-up chemicals. Management would not stop serving these milks because they "don't pull something unless corporate tells them not to." I tasted another from that lot in front of management and it had the same bad chemical taste. This was at 9:30 p.m. At 3:15 a.m. my daughter was puking and crying that her tummy hurt. The chocolate milk came up with the Ramen noodle soup she had for dinner. She had no fever. How many other kids were puking that night but the parents didn't know it was from the milk that Mcdonalds continued to serve. (including to my husband an hour later after they finally assured me they would stop serving it.) I am having the milk tested. Stay tuned! I will never go back to this McD's - they don't care about the people and kids they are serving enough to serve milk from another lot.

Great Customer Service. This McDonald's has some of the most friendly employees you will ever meet. They greet their "regulars" by name and do a great job giving you personal service. Would recommend this location to everyone. The outside landscaping is very nice. Whatever the inside of the building lacks in visual appeal is quickly forgotten by the cheerfulness of the workers inside.
Horrible customer service. This year 2011 while at Oak Fest a severe storm came through the area. Upon leaving the Oak Fest grounds searching for safe cover. My family took shelter at the nearby Mcdonald's where we soon were forced out by the manager for having an outside drink and refusing to buy a menu item. I was forced out into the severe weather with my family and while out I noticed small children forced out as well. Never have I met such a rude manager who did this to us and she has cost her restaurant numerous customers. I highly recommend never going to this location.
Great Drive Thru - Beautiful Landscaping

for ambience, exceptional decor.
Oak Forest McDonalds has no decor. Nothing on walls.
No plants. very drab and run down.
I'd give it 1 star for good drive thru service.

As I read these other reviews, I'll have to say that I've never had a problem with this location. Service has always been good to me. I did enjoy the music selection that they had playing one Saturday when I went there to have breakfast.
