This place is an Oak Forest gem. I think that Jack Frost is adorable and it is one of my favourite places to scoop up some custard. It's delicious and they have a lot they can do with it. Not to mention, it is reasonably priced and they have seating around the front patio area if you choose to hang out and eat. It's family owned so you're going to get great service because they care about their product first hand.
Definitely head over here if you're anywhere near 159'th & Central. You won't regret it.
I love that I can walk over as it's not far from my house and enjoy a cone or sundae. Outdoor seating lets you enjoy the summer days or the cooler summer evenings with friends or family. I've walked my dog over there as well, and they'll willingly give you a small cup of water for your furry friend. Then you can sit and enjoy your ice cream as he begs you for a bite. :-)
