Santa Claus Is Coming to Town
Time's running out to get your gift requests to Santa Claus. Luckily, Jolly Ol' Saint Nick will be at the Acorn Public Library this weekend to visit with boys and girls before Christmas. Later in the day, families also can check out The Christmas Cookie Caper, an all-ages puppet show, at 2:30 p.m. at the library.

- Silk & Nightwind Band: The neo-soul group will perform at 9 p.m. at The Linger Martini Bar, 4142 W 167th St.
- Safe Haven: The musical group performs at 9:30 p.m. at The Carraig Pub at Chicago Gaelic Park, 6119 147th St.
