District 146 Students Return to Class Monday
Oak Forest students attending Fierke Education Center and Central Middle School start their first day of classes as Community Consolidated School District 146 begins the 2013-14 year. MONDAY, AUG. 26
Peanut Butter and Jelly Food Drive: The Marley Project, a state nonprofit group, will continue this drive at 9 a.m. at Oak Forest City Hall and the Oak Forest Park District. Find out what nonperishable, back-to-school lunch items you can donate.
TUESDAY, AUG. 27
No Public Computers at Library: All public computers at the Acorn Public Library will be unavailable because of a network-wide software upgrade. They will be back online Wednesday, Aug. 28.
