Letter to the Editor, from Local Nonprofit: 'We Truly Feel Blessed'

The CEO and founder of an area nonprofit wants residents to know their good deeds don't go unnoticed, or forgotten.

To the Residents of :

The Board of Directors and I would like to thank you for your most generous donation of toys. Your donation is so very much appreciated and will directly benefit children and teens who are undergoing cancer treatment at various hospitals in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Virginia, Colorado, Massachusetts, California, Florida, North Carolina and Delaware.

Sometimes the best treatment for childhood cancer comes from knowing that a toy, gift or a gift certificate awaits each child or teen after every painful procedure. Your donation helps make the dream of providing gifts to these children and teens a reality, and for that we are most grateful.
