Oak Forest ended its regular season with a win over Thornton-Fractional North, finishing second in South Suburban Blue with an overall record of 6-2. Argo capped off its regular season with a 28–24 win over Shepard. An overall record of 7-2 left landed them third place in South Suburban Red.
