St. Damian Volleyball Takes Second Place in Mt. Assisi Tourney
Coach Allison Carroll was "very, very proud" of her team's performance in a grueling day of volleyball.
seventh grade girls volleyball took second place in the Mount Assisi Tournament on Jan. 21.
It was a long day of volleyball, said Coach Allison Carroll. The girls played a regular season game, followed by three tournament games.
The team won the first two games but came up short in the third, losing to Cardinal Bernardin School in the championship.

Erin Costello was voted the All-Tournament player by the other three teams.
"The girls played really well," wrote Coach Carroll in an email to Patch. "Very, very proud of them!"
