Oak Forest Varsity Dance Heads to State Competition
Good luck to the Oak Forest High School varsity poms team!
The Oak Forest High School varsity dance team will compete tonight in the preliminary round of the Class 2A state final competition at U.S. Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington, according to the Illinois High School Association website.
There are 90 total teams competing at the state meet in the Class 1A, 2A and 3A divisions from across Illinois. The top 10 teams in each division will advance to the final round on Saturday, according to the IHSA website.

Those advancing to finals Saturday in the Class 2A division will be announced at 7:45 p.m. Friday. Preliminary results will be posted by the IHSA online.
