There was a red carpet and everything.

Arbor Park eighth-graders entered the gymnasium via an entryway lined with flashbulbs, balloons and all the paparazzi trappings—for one night, they were famous.

The parents poured their ideas and elbow grease into the evening, to make it special for the eighth-graders. Patch stopped by for some photos of the event—check out your front row seat to the fancy occasion.
