Community Update

I took my chevy trailblazer in to have work done, after completing the work on the drive train, the owner volunteered to take a look at my rear defrost, upon doing so he forced my trunk that sticks sometimes open and broke the trunk latch. When i asked why he forced my trunk open, instead of asking me to open it for him, and why i should have to pay for a new latch when it was him who broke the latch in the first place, instead of him explaining how and why he decided to force my trunk open, he became irate and nasty, and told me to get the hell out of his shop. I was thouroghly disgusted with his behavior and unproffesionalism! My trunk is now tied down and no longer opens or closes thanks to R/S automotive! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and i would NEVER GO BACK TO OR RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE, EVER! I have never been treated so poorly by a business or its owner!
