Was it really necessary to put this on Patch? Have you thought about the feelings of the owners who lost their homes because of unfortunate things that have happened in their lives? Furthermore, there are a lot more properties in Woodridge that are for sale as a result of a foreclosure. Why single out these four?

Hi Julie, thanks for your comment. This information is all public and searchable on Aol Real Estate, among other websites. The data is part of other regular real estate content we publish that includes recent home sales and comparisons between similarly priced homes. In regard to the four, my practice is to list between 2 and 5 homes and link to the remaining ones on Aol Real Estate. Today I actually heard from a reader who thanked us for posting foreclosures because they were looking to relocate to Illinois and wanted to find a more affordable option.

I feel an urgency to get this out, and I know it is because I am on the right track finally. I went to Financial Screen Shots – got the link from www.stopforeclosurefraud.com. I ordered the Loan Search Within 2 days I got back the info showing my loan was securitized. I order the full package of all My documents and it contained everything! I have absolute evidence my mortgage note was sold in 2008. I stopped paying 2011 and I am being foreclosed by Bank of America. My lawyer says they have absolutely NO STANDING and he plans to sue the lawyers bringing the case into court. I finally have BOFA in a lie! Anyway, felt such a need to express myself. Good luck everyone.

I realize that it's public intormation but people have to search for it. I think the feelings of the people affected deserved to be considered and that public humiliation was unkind.
