Mary Ryan Cavanaugh—Yep- sorry but I will be shopping elsewhere when possible.
Diane Alarcon—Yes, sadly because I am unemployed I need to shop where I'll get the most for the little bit of money I have. It's hard to keep taxing the community when so many are struggling to stay afloat.
Amy Litviak—I havent bought anything in Oak Forest in weeks.
Richie DeVries—Taking my business elsewhere for the most part. New Ultra foods in Crestwood will replace where i buy food. Used to go to Food 4 Less.
Jerry Wilhelm—Lets be serious here.....the average grocery bill is what $200?? You will burn more than the $2.00 you save in tax on gas to drive there. Anyone claiming that they will buy anything other than big ticket items in another town to avoid the tax is just spewing out of anger.
Joan Hoye Bravo—I purchase very little in Oak Forest as it is and will be cautious as to what I do shop for.
Michelle Casey Tancredi—It will cost more in gas to go to another community, plus my time is worth money! I will still shop in Oak Forest - except when I need to go to Dominicks.
Jen Torres-Krause—I was very happy when Food 4 Less opened, but I have since stopped shopping there. They have a limited selection now and it has gotten icky/dirty.
