Repairs to local roads are slotted for this summer, including Oak Park Avenue between 159th and Justamere Road.
Aldermen Tuesday, June 14 approved a $953,000 contract with Iroquois Paving Corp. for the project, which was originally estimated to cost $1.14 million. Work will include repairs to 11 streets throughout the city. Work will begin next month.
