2013 Election: Acorn Public Library District Board of Trustees

Two incumbents and two newcomers are vying for three, six-year seats on the Acorn Public Library District's Board of Trustees.

The Acorn Public Library District is located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and serves a population of almost 38,000. It provides books, programming, audiovisual materials, music, electronic databases, and computer use for its patrons.

Its board of trustees meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. Three, six-year seats are available, sought by four candidates.
