Wanted for Child Support Delinquency, Aug. 24

Child support warrants are most often filed when a person neglects to pay child support bills, according to the Cook County Sheriff's Office.

However, warrants may also be issued in other cases, such as when a person doesn't report to a police department to provide a required DNA sample or when he or she doesn't notify authorities of salary increases.

The following child support warrants were listed by the Cook County Sheriff's Office as of Aug. 24:

Palos Hills

• DeWayne Parks, 40, owes $18,311.28 in child support payments racked up as of Aug. 2. His last known address was in the 10200 block of South 86th Terrace, Palos Hills.

Orland Hills

• Sheriff's police list Kenneth Powers, 31, as owning $3,038 in child support payments. His last known address was in the 15900 block of South Haven Avenue, Orland Hills. 

Oak Forest

• The last known address for Christopher Dillon, 41, was in the 16500 block of Barton Lane, Oak Forest. He owes $62,677 in child support payments.
• Authorities have also listed Anthony Thrower, 37, of the 15800 block of South LeClaire in Oak Forest, as being wanted on a child support warrant. Thrower does not owe any child support payments, according to the sheriff's office.

Chicago Heights

• Demetrius Cantrell, 49, owes $35,462.63 in child support payments. His last known address was in the 800 block of MacArthur Drive, Chicago Heights.
• Sheriff's deputies list Vincent Crossland, 49, as most recently living in the 1500 block of South Union Avenue, Chicago Heights. He did not owe any child support payments as of Aug. 2, but is wanted on a child support warrant.
• Adrian Durden, 43, owes $72,854.10 in child support payments, according to the sheriff's office. His last known address is on the 900 block of East 17th Street, Chicago Heights.
• The last known address for Roberto Jimenez, Sr., 51, was in the 200 block of West Normandy, Chicago Heights. Authorities have him listed in the child support warrants but the Cook County Sheriff's Office does not show him owing any payments.
  
• Keith Penelton, 53, has $39,917.36 in child support payments racked up, according to the sheriff's office. His last known address was on the 1200 block of West End, Chicago Heights.
• Dover Ray Scott, 50, has $80,806.00 in child support payments racked up, according to the sheriff's office. His last known address was on the 1200 block of Division Street, Chicago Heights.
  

Homewood

• Raymond Kluth, 51, of the 18300 block of Martin Avenue, in Homewood owes $40,939.48 in child support payments.

Flossmoor

• Anthony Winston, 44, of the 800 block of Maple Road in Flossmoor owes $41,027.33.
