Supposed Snowball Shenanigans

Daniel Ochoa, 22, of the 15600 block of Lamon Avenue, was charged with public intoxication and disturbing official duties after calling police to his residence on the report of a man throwing snowballs at his door. The man was not there when police arrived, and the officer recommended that Ochoa go back inside. Police said Ochoa had called the station earlier and had been belligerent toward the operator.
