Orland Man Found with Paraphernalia

Matthew R. Soto, 18, 17700 Crestview Dr., of Orland Park, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. According to an report, an officer responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on Forestview Drive, one block west of Maple Avenue. When speaking with the men inside the car, an officer noticed Soto try to hide a hollow metal smoking pipe in his waist band, according to a police report.

Pair Enters Abandoned House

A man and woman were cited for trespassing on Monday when police reportedly found them walking around an abandoned house on Highland Avenue in .

Marc A. Cembala, 21, of Oak Forest, and Michelle A. Moore, 22, of Midlothian, were issued one violation each for criminal trespassing to a residence, police said. The two were discovered inside of an abandoned home in the 17600 block of Highland Avenue in around 10 p.m., according to the report. There were no signs of forced entry, nor was there damage inside the home.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 2

Domestic Battery Arrest

Anthony R. Ciesiel, 24, 16031 South Lorel Ave., of Oak Forest, was charged with domestic battery and unlawful interference with the reporting of a domestic.
