DUI Arrest Follows Crash with Parked Car

James W. Koclanis, 26, 15308 Cherry Lane, Oak Forest, was cited for failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving on wrong side of the road, failing to wear a seat belt and driving under the influence of alcohol. Police were called to a crash early that morning. A Ford van had struck a parked car. The driver of the van was found unconscious but breathing. One officer woke the driver, Koclanis, and questioned him. He initially refused treatment but was later taken to .

Jacqueline M. Tully, 40, 5815 Oakwood Dr. in Lisle, was charged with domestic battery. Police were called to an Oak Forest apartment because of a argument.
