Man Gets 120 Years for Raping Woman and Forcing Assault of Infant
An Oak Forest man who broke into a Wheaton woman's apartment, raped her and then forced her to sexually abuse her infant daughter was dealt a 120-year prison sentence Monday, Sun-Times Media reports.
An Oak Forest man who raped a Wheaton woman and then forced her to sexually abuse her 5-month-old daughter was sentenced to 120 years in prison Monday, Sun-Times Media reports.
The sentence is the maximum allowed for James P. Murphy, now 37, who attacked the woman after breaking into her apartment the night of Aug. 27, 2005, according to the report. A DuPage County jury convicted him earlier this year.

Murphy was arrested 10 months after the attack, for the rape of another woman. He is already serving 30 years for that crime.
