Fire Scorches Dryer in Apartment Building Laundry Room (Update)
The apartment building is located in the 16700 block of Reynolds Lane, according to an alert.
A dryer was scorched in a fire Wednesday afternoon at an Oak Forest apartment complex.
Oak Forest firefighters had left the scene before 5:30 p.m. Patch received an initial call about the fire just after 5 p.m.
The machine was left outside the apartment building complex, located in the 16700 block of Reynolds Lane.
