ARREST WARRANTS: Wanted in Oak Forest

Gil Arturo, 32, is wanted for domestic battery. His last known address is in the 4800 block of W. 157th Street. Bail was set at $10,000.

Jerry F. Dedic, 26, is wanted for suspended, revoked driver's license. His last known address is in the 15100 block of S. LaPorte Avenue. His bail was set at $4,500.

Ralph Grajek, 45, is wanted for two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His last known address is in the 4800 block of W. 149th Street. Bail was set at $25,000 and no bond was issued on the second incident.

Lisa M. Longino-Guzman, 33, is wanted for credit card fraud. Her last known address is in the 14900 block of S. Cicero Avenue. No bond.

John Temko, 52, is wanted for theft. His last known address is in the 15100 block of Jeoffrey Avenue. Bail was set at $2,000.
