$5,000 Worth of Rings Stolen From Deerpath Drive Home: Blotter

Wedding and Engagement Rings Stolen


An engagement ring and a wedding band worth $5,000 combined were taken from a home in the 5100 block of Deerpath Drive, according to a report. The victim told police she last saw the ring a few weeks ago.

One of the rings is made of white gold and has a 1-carat diamond in the middle with three smaller diamonds on each side, the report stated. It is worth $4,000. The second ring was a wedding band, also made of white gold, that had five small diamonds on it. The band was valued at $1,000.

iPad Gone


An iPad that was left at a tire shop at about 10:30 a.m. went missing, according to a report. The victim returned to the shop after realizing the tablet computer was gone. She does have the Find My iPad app installed but, according to her daughter, it was not turned on.
