With the help of the Oak Forest Crime Prevention Committee, Patch shares the city's calls for service for the month of November, broken down by ward.

Each week, Patch features items from reports on file at the Oak Forest Police Department. Although not all accounts are reported in the Patch police blotter, the Oak Forest Crime Prevention Committee compiles the number of calls of service monthly, by type and location.

This week, Patch gives you the rundown of what was called in and where during the month of November. See how your ward measures up. Patch will feature one ward per day over the next week. See how Ward 3 compares to Ward 1, Ward 2 and others throughout the weekUnsure of which ward you live in? No surprise here! Look at the demographics of the 3rd ward. LOL, at least it's contained. I sure hope Barney fife and his deputies in the oak forest police department are aware of this. I usually see them trying to cath speeders and stop sign offenders much west of there
