Behind the Scenes: OF's 'Bark For Your Park' Community Video Shoot

About 20 dogs filled the City of Oak Forest council chambers over the weekend for their chance to appear in a contest video.

The shoot for the Bark For Your Park community video was this weekend.

Alderwoman Laura Clemons is directing the video and also leading the effort to build a dog park to Oak Forest.

Oak Forest is in the running for a $100,000 dog park. The contest is being help by PetSafe, a national brand name in pet supplies. The completed video will be posted to the PetSafe website by June 30.

The City currently is in fifth place. While the grand prize is for the top voter getter, the runner-up city and the city with the highest percentage of votes to population will be given a $25,000 award, according to the contest website.
