Have been a regular every other weekend for breakfast. This morning we sat down for breakfast and my wife took a bite of her crepes and said that it tasted awful so she told the waitress and sent the food back and asked for some regular plain pancakes instead and she would still pay for the higher cost crepes. Note: In 7 years, my wife has never sent back a meal. The manager came over to the table and said that the food was not bad and he can't throw the food out so she could either have the crepes back or she would have to pay full price for anything else she wanted on top of the meal she sent back. My wife said she didn't want anything else then and the manager walked away. My wife then began to cry because she was so frustrated and the waitress came back and said she took the crepes off of the bill. I finished eating and went to pay, the manager rang me up and said do you want a receipt? I said yes, I looked at what he charged and he charged me for my wife's meal. He said I told the waitress that she could take the charge off but she didn't and I can't reverse the charges now. So I paid and kept calm but that 7 dollar meal that he wouldn't take off the bill just cost him our business every weekend from here on out because we'll never be back. I'm not even going to say they have bad food or anything, this one poor decision by the manager and how he handled the situation lost him some regular customers.
