WHAT'S UP WITH THE RUBBERMAID?
Do you have too many take-out dishes or Rubbermaid containers? How many do you really need?
Spend half an hour, and take a close look at all your storage containers. Pull them all out and put them on the counter. Get rid of stained, misshapen or cracked containers. Then match up the bottoms with their tops, and purge or recycle any extras. Consider how you use the containers, and decide how many is “enough.”
Once you pare down your piles, stack similar shapes together, round with round, rectangle with rectangle, etc., to take up less space in your kitchen cabinet. Dedicate one or two shelves to your storage containers, and keep them there and only there.
