Baseball weather returned to the Chicago area this week, and Oak Forest took advantage. The Bengals Baseball team completed a sweep of district rival Tinley Park on Tuesday with a convincing 11-1 win at Tinley Park High School that lasted the minimum of 5 innings. 1B Brian Richard had a 3 run Home Run to lead the Bengal offense, while P Jason Hine held the Titans to 1 run over 5 innings.
On Monday, the Bengals jumped on Tinley with 4 runs in each of the first 2 innings and cruised to a 10-3 win. 3B Tom Zale had 3 hits and 3 RBI for the Bengals, while Brian Richard and Matt Zubek got the job done on the mound.
