Community Update

Our condo association has used them for a few years and finally we are done with them in a few weeks.

I will keep this short and sweet. The two people that work here (Jami Douglas and Valerie Shalati) are very un-professional and un-responsive. It takes multiple calls over the span of multiple days to get anything from them. They will not update you on an issue that is open and thanks to their lack of action in a timely fashion I have my lovely home partially torn up and mold growing in my unit. They then will try to play it off as if they have no idea where you are getting the lack of communication from.

In addition to being overall bad communicators and business women they are also frauds. They claim to have their CAM and CPM certifications but as of 12/14/2013 after calling the 2 organizations that issue those certifications they show that neither of them have them. In Illinois as of October 1st, 2012 anyone managing a condo association has to have a CAM certification. They did apply for their CAM on 9/25/13 but never submitted proof of passing the exams and the organizations that issue the CAM have no record of them taking and/or finishing the certs. They are really lucky that I do not take them to court for fraud.

Either way stay away from them and any other business they are involved with. I am just glad to be rid of them.
