ST. DAMIAN RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION FOR 2013/2014

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION 2013/2014 REGISTRATION HAS BEGUN!



Forms are available for NEW families and those returning.



The purpose of the parish-based catechetical program is to aid parents in helping them make their children’s faith become living, conscious and active through the light of instruction. The task is threefold:

Find out what's happening in Oak Forestwith free, real-time updates from Patch.



We want the children to know God through an ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit expressed by the faith as taught by the Roman Catholic Church.



We want the children to accept and cherish their Catholic faith tradition.

We want the children to live their Catholic identity proudly by displaying it through acts of Christian service.



The cathecetical sessions for Levels 1-8 are held on Mondays or Wednesday evenings from 6:45-8:00pm  September thorough early May.



Weekly attendance at Mass is expected by the family.
