Run to the Pub Fall Series 4 Mile Training Program!     Join us for a six-week challenge to help you train for the Running for Kicks 4 Mile Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving. All skill levels are welcome to join.  


 


Participants will meet every Monday starting October 15th at 6:30 p.m. at Joe Daniels Bar and Grill. (12218 Harlem Ave, Palos Heights). Each training session will focus on running/walking and stretching. All fitness abilities are welcome and encouraged to participate. We will have various pace groups.


 


The cost is $45 per person ( $40.00 for past participants or Yankee Runners) and includes a t-shirt and a free beer after each run. Weekly prizes will also be raffled off!
