If you are interested in blended coaching and are looking for a professional development program to improve your mentoring effectiveness and outcomes, the MILE program at Governors State University is offering free CLASS (Coaching Leaders to Attain Student Success) Training presented by the Consortium for Educational Change (CEC). Characteristics of effective school leaders are complex and CLASS training emphasizes the development of school leaders with the following characteristics:

•             a relentless focus on student achievement
