CAREGIVER WORKSHOP: Do you help a parent, spouse or older neighbor?
Free Series: Paths to Faithful Caregiving
Come join us for this 6-week series that meets for about 2 hours each week. You'll learn how to: Manage stress & difficult emotions - Communicate more effectively - Create balance in life - Locate helpful resources - Find caregiving strength through your own unique spiritual practices. We will meet six Mondays at 10:00am beginning Oct. 21st at the Bremen Township Senior Café at 15350 Oak Park Ave., Oak Forest. Paths to Faithful Caregiving is an adaptation of the University of Illinois Extension's Caregiving Relationships curriculum.
