What Should Go Here? Space in the Oak Forest Commons

The Oak Forest Commons is a prime location, where businesses could thrive. But, there are several open spots, waiting for businesses to step in to the space. Today, Patch looks at one of those spaces.

The Oak Forest Commons shopping center is anchored by Food 4 Less, along with several other smaller stores and takeout restaurants, but it also has several vacant storefronts.

Some of the vacant spaces used to be home to businesses, such as Hollywood Video, while others have never had a business call it home.

On the east side of the shopping center, the business space at 5488 S. 159th Street, features 1,600 square feet of space and could be a great spot for a local small business. With ample parking, heavy traffic flow on 159th Street and access to the interstate just minutes away, the location is primed to help a business succeede.
