Busy Cicero Avenue is home to many businesses in the Oak Forest community, but it is also home to several vacant spots, as well. One such is the commercial shopping strip center at 15120 Cicero Avenue.
The location currently has signage for a tattoo shop and tax center, but also has open office space available as well. The office space could be a perfect location for a lawyer's office, an accounting location or some other type of customer service business.
The entire center is up for lease or purchase, or single units can be leased as well. A listing for the center touts more than 1,200 square feet of retail space for lease or sale, along with a 10-percent CAP rate for the property.
