The 11,100-square-foot restaurant is reported to have cost about $3.5 million and is estimated to bring 100 to 120 full- and part-time jobs to the village. Earlier this year, the village approved a tax reduction of about $140,000 over 10 years, as well as other incentives so that the Raleigh, N.C.-based chain would develop a location in Tinley Park.
