Beggars Pizza Climbs List of 100 Top Largest Pizza Companies in U.S.
Beggars Pizza is gaining traction in the top 100 largest pizza companies in the United States.
Beggars Pizza is moving up the ranks of the country's top 100 largest pizza companies, landing in the the group's "Six Up and Comers List" and number 54 overall, according to PizzaToday.com.
The Chicago-based pizza company has jumped 16 spots from last year, adding two stores and increasing its gross annual sales to just more than $40 million.
Founded by Angelo Garetto in 1976, his sons Larry and Peter now run the company, which now has 22 locations including one in Oak Forest.
Overall sales jumped from $35,384,890 in 2012, to $40,471,209 in 2013.
