Free Senior Health Screenings

VCP Home Health Care, Inc., will offer free blood pressure, blood glucose & balance testing for seniors on Mon., Oct. 7, between 11:30am - 1pm at the Bremen Township Senior Center, 15350 Oak Park Ave., Oak Forest.

Glucose testing will require a minimum of 4 hours of fasting. For more info, call Kathy at VCP at 815-474-9929.
