Christmas Parade Canceled; Tree Ceremony Still On
City stops annual Christmas parade because of snow.
The City of Oak Forest has canceled Saturday's Christmas parade because of snow, according to the city's Facebook page.
The city will still hold a short tree lighting ceremony at 11 a.m. at the City Hall Gazebo.
Oak Forest Patch will be updating this story, and we'll be out at the tree lighting ceremony.
