Where in the World is Chris Medina?

Patch catches up with the busy former 'Idol' contestant, as he preps for a packed schedule of performances and appearances.

He is mobbed at school talent shows and musicals. He's been talked into pulling out his acoustic guitar for on-the-spot performances at local pubs. One fan approached him at a local bar, handed him a $20 bill, and told him, "This is for Juliana."

Just another day in the post-Idol life of Chris Medina.

After being eliminated from American Idol, Medina returned home to his fiancé Juliana Ramos, the community that supports him—and the fame that awaited him. Medina now finds his schedule booked through the end of June, with trips, tours, and special occasions. Though much of it will take him away from Juliana's side, he's doing it with her in mind, with the motivation of increasing awareness and raising funds for her recovery.
