Oak Forest Family Searching for Cat Lost During Move

Help bring 'Cannonball' back to his family's new home in Oak Forest.

An Oak Forest family is heartbroken over the disappearance of their beloved cat, lost during the family's move into their new home.

The orange tabby named "Cannonball" escaped when the cat carrier broke during the move into the family's home near 147th and Menard Avenue Thursday, May 8, the owner told Patch.

"He never even made it in the house so we are scared he doesn't know where to go," owner Jamie Davis told Patch.

Cannonball weighs approximately 10 pounds, and is wearing a green collar, with no tags. He is neutered and micro-chipped.

Anyone with information on Cannonball's whereabouts is encouraged to call 708-359-7169.
