Oak Fest
Check in from 5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. at Oak Fest entrance. The entrance to the Oak Fest can be found at the north end of the carnival.
About This Event
Race Details: The 5K Run / Walk starts at 7p.m. and winds through the streets of Oak Forest with the finish line at the Oak Fest entrance. Immediately following the race - Join us for a post race party with refreshments, raffle prizes and winner announcements (Gift cards to top 3 male and female winners) in the Main Tent. The course is a USATF Certified 5K on a flat to slightly hilly course through the city of Oak Forest. On race day, you will first report to the registration tent and pick up your race packet. An application and waiver must be filled out for each individual runner. The starting line for the race will be at the NE corner of 159th and Central Avenue, behind the BP gas station. All proceeds from this event will be donated to local Oak Forest not-for-profit organizations.
