Oak Forest Hospital was one of two to see the start of cuts in nursing staff Monday, according to the Associated Press.

Cook County officials began Monday the process of eliminating 138 nursing jobs, including reducing Oak Forest Hospital's nursing staff to 23 positions, according to an Associated Press report on the Chicago Tribune website.
