Hopper has taken home several trophies from the Rock Bottom Café Firefighter Chili Competitions as well as from Sertoma Centre’s BIG Event.   Ready to expand beyond chili,   Hopper plans to enter the Chicken and the Other/Ethnic categories this year with Buffalo Bob’s Back Draft Wraps and his famous Firehouse Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches.   Bob and his recipe for Firehouse Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches were featured on the WGN’s Firehouse Chef Segment.
