Oak Forest HS's Operation Teen Safe Driving Program Praised at City Hall

Recently, at a City Council meeting, Oak Forest Mayor Henry Kuspa presented Oak Forest High School student Nick Dalberti and Associate Principal Dan Dunne with a proclamation supporting the Oak Forest High School Operation Teen Safe Driving Program.  Oak Forest High School has participated in the Operation Teen Safe Driving program for many years, which aims to educate students about driving responsibly.  The City of Oak Forest proclamation praised the OTSD program and the initiative to improve safe driving among young people.  Because of this program, the residents of Oak Forest can look forward to a safer environment.  Oak Forest High School is one out of 15 regional schools selected to participate in the Operation Teen Safe Driving Program with a $2,000 grant and has annually taken the top prize in the region.  The Operation Teen Safe Driving program is sponsored by the Illinois Department of Transportation in cooperation with Allstate Insurance and the Ford Motor Company.
