Oak Forest HS Students Make Blankets for Homeless Shelter

Oak Forest High School Child Care II students received a certificate for participating in training for the Stewards of Children Training given by Advocate Childhood Training Treatment program.  Students were trained to recognize signs of abuse, how to be a mandated reporter and what warning signs of abuse are.  After the training, students made blankets for a homeless shelter.  In this photo are (l to r): Caitlin Burke, Sabrina Dorencz, Oak Forest High School Child Care II teacher Katherine Picht, Desiree Rodriguez and Ashley Lozano, who display their fleece blankets.
